Is the on3p JMO right for me

65% all over the mountain (peaks and trees) and 35% park. i'm 5'8" and 185lbs and at first thought the AR7's were the right choice, but everyone freaks out about on3p skis and the JMO's look pretty awesome. I hope you guys can help before their presale ends so IF I pick 'em I can get a solid deal. the only negative-ish review i read about the JMO's said they weren't very stable at higher speeds, but that was an older model that might have been improved on. so is this ski a solid choice or should i be looking elsewhere??
thanks.

I feel like they would be a very good fit for you and what you like to do. For what it's worth,I have last season's J-mos and I feel like they're very comfortable at higher speeds

Sorry, whoever said the J-mo isn't stable just can't ski. ON3P doesn't make twitchy ski's.

I had 10/11 181's and they were definitely not stable enough for me. I guess I can't ski? Oh well...

Well. My view may be skewed from the 11/12 186's. Pretty stable.

I was only fucking around, but yeah if I had been on 186's, I'm sure they would have been much more stable. I'm 6'2" and 185-195lbs depending on beer consumption.

Sidecut has been modified, it's now got the same elliptical sidecut that been kicking ass on the Filthy. Straighter underfoot, then shifts and tightens out in the rocker, designed so when you heel the ski over you engage more edge and a tighter turn radius. Also wider next year, those two changes made the jmo way more stable and versatile for 12/13.

I was realy hoping there would be an answer saying stability had improved since the older model. I believe I will be pulling the trigger now. Thanks guys.

I think Im gonna try and pick up a pair of Jeronimo's at the end of the year sale. They look pretty dope this year.
I'm Praying this season ON3P comes out for a demo day to Aspen or somewhere nearby in Colorado. I would love to test a bunch of their skis.

If not. I think AMR in Breck stocks ON3P.

^ just a bit back should be sweet. I rode my friends for a day, and I found them to be awesome in powder, and pretty responsive on the hardpack. Best skis ever.
