Today I decided to start officially attempting any doubles at the local gymnastics center on their trampolines. Any advice besides stay tucked longer spin faster?
How is asking a question pointless..don't come in here just to hate. Any ways....make sure you jump high and set right! Definitely use a throw pad or foam pit! Which will you be attempting 1st?
I personally don't understand the hate, good on ya man for trying dubs, I would personally recomend anywhere with a foam pit, that's how I learned (On a tramp, not on skis, I'm not claiming anything here), and just throw them into the foam pit until you know how much height/huck you need to get it around to your feet!
