I'll be going past that forest this coming weekend. Place sounds pretty messed up. Not planning on going in though. Hoping to climb Mt Fuji and watch the sunrise on my birthday from the summit.

Aokigahara is the name of the forest and there were around 50 committed suicides committed there last year. Making it number two for the place with the most suicides. Number one is the golden gate bridge.



Life is all about thinking on a positive note. I have learned that from many different experiences but tripping has definitely made that even more clearer for me to see. If you are having a bad trip think positively and your trip becomes amazing as fuck that is what life is. Negative thinking will get you no where. If you actually take a moment and see how lucky you are to experience life its fucking mind blowing. Let alone the chance of being a human is on a completely different level. The chance of your existence is far more greater than winning the lottery a manny times over. To me I see life as heaven. This is the place to be and hard times will pass.

^ i dont get why the dont put higher fences up. its ridiculous. on the harbour bridge in sydney there are like 3 metre fences with barbed wire to prevent people from jumping

It's been brought up so many times over the decades, but the decision is always to keep the bridge fence and net free. Since the Golden Gate is arguably the most beautiful bridge in the world, it is not worth the aesthetic sacrifice of adding a fence or net to the bridge. The main argument for that is, regardless, those people will find a way to kill themselves whether or not they can jump from the bridge.

Anyway, that video on the Golden Gate was extremely touching. A long watch, but if you get the time, I recommend it. The end was really the "woah" factor that I never had throughout the video leading up to it.
