Can I use only orange fencing?

I want to build a summer setup in my backyard but it's a little hill.
And I don't found any store that sold astroturf.

My question is, can i use only orange fencing on plywood planks placed in my hill, and place orange fencing on the lip too?

yes you can nail construction fencing to plywood as the drop in. You should do multiple layers and I wouldn't use it on the tranny cause you won't have any grip for spins on.

Ok thanks, but i can't find astroturf anywhere!
If i place a thin carpet on the lip, is that it might slow me down?

depends what kind of carpet. i got my turf at lowes, and they have it at home depot too

We do not have Lowes, but im going to home depot soon

home depot should have some, maybe try home hardware if u got one near by

Yeah but make sure to pull it nice and tight when you're putting it on, because if you dont and its saggy it can start to rip and then your skis go into the rips while your skiing down, and then you aren't going to have a good time
