So basically jerk city is just this thing these people created where they made a couple bots with software from like '98 i believe, and they put them all into a private chat room and the bots talk back and forth to each other and then they take their conversations and make them into comics which can be found on the website jerkcity.com. Well i was on the website and i came across this comic, lols were had.
