I do a lot of hiking during the summer to find new bc zones. It also gets you into a lot of shape. If you are talking about tricks and shit. Jump off stuff into a lake or pool if you don't have a tramp.
lifted weights twice a week and did a lot of cardio. A well rounded fitness program is the best thing you can do for your skiing no matter what you are doing. Strong back and core and upper legs are probably the most important but it's never good to neglect anything. Although no matter how much I worked out my calves stayed twigs
yea and here is nothing wrong with chiefing ganja and listening to my tunes out in the BC. Being high isn't a big deal and never should be.If you haven't don it you are missing out. I always have my music playing quiet enough so I can talk and listen to what people in the group are saying and If I come across avalanche terrain I turn that shit off.
