I hear nothing but good things about the searchbar 15s. Be sure to stay away from the repost 12s though, they're basically all plastic and wont last very long.

No. You're 180lbs, 6'0", and you ski aggressively, you'll want a higher din binding.

id say something around the 16-18 din mark, check out the salomon sth, marker jester, look pivots, and the rossingol fks
