Most likely not....as being on death row is an endless process that only really ends once all of your appeals have been heard. 4 years is a relatively short time to be on death row compared with others who have been on for like 15-20 years.
this. The death row process, for lack of better words, can take many years. They dont just go and kill the person as soon as they are placed on death row. Appeals are made again and again and then those appeals have to be looked over and reviewed to see if they are legitimate enough to get you off death row.
