have a low low budget for a car and don't want to be embarrased when i pull up to places, would just rather blend in. Only thing i can thing of is a older jeep wranger. Any other suggestions?

Cheap cars won't embarrass you. I live in a very wealthy suburb /claim, and while there are people who flaunt their wealth and drive aston martins, or mercedes, or jaguars and bmws, there are even more who drive cars like a 2000 accord or a 2004 ford explorer.

I got myself a 98 Legacy Outback with 73000 for 3700 on Craigslist. All it needed were new rear break calipers. The previous owners had already done the head gaskets and exhaust...it was a steal.

So to the OP, check craigslist, look for single owner cars, and obviously take a parent if theyve done this before. I took my dad and he could tell there was something with the calipers right away.
