SF Bacon vs Chronic Blend (2013)

Hey guys, I want a new 1 quiver ski. This will be the only ski I ride and I pretty much ride pow when there's pow and park when there's no pow; so like 60% park 40% pow. I am 6ft 180lbs and have narrowed down the skis I want to these two. How are the SFBs in the park? Is the 108 waist decent on jibs? Does anyone know how the new blends float in powpow? What are your thoughts about these skis? Thanks so much

Id go with the blend. Depending on how much pow you actually ski, the chronic could be a contender. The SFB will be sluggish and such in the park. I have chronics. They are alright. Cant really handle much pow at all, but great for groomers and park. The blends will be a hybrid between the 2. Can handle pow decently, yet agile enough for the park. Thats what i would get if i were in your situation.

Ya man I have last seasons bacons and tried them in the park once or twice. They still have really good pop and all, but the blend is set up for park/pow while the sfb is set up for groomers/pow. I love my sfb, but go blends for the park

Cool guys, I just notice the blend's recommended mounting line is a little far back (farther than SFB's) where do you recommend mounting them? I was thinking like -2 from center.

the blend will probably be a bit soft for your liking
