What pow skis?

im 5'4" and weigh almost 110. im growing a lot right now so ill be bigger by next winter and i need new powder skis. i want something symmetrical or nearly symmetrical with rocker. im thinking i should get about a 175 size ski. what skis should i get?

look into this year's Line Sir Francis Bacons or some Elizabeths from past seasons. both seem to fit the type of ski you are looking for, 172cm which is plenty of a ski for someone your size (maybe even alot), SFB has symetrical flex this year but even past years models could ride great close to center & and newer models have "early rise" which is Line's way of rockering a ski... check those two out dude, you'll probably like them.

I ride on bacons myself and love them! Great choice. But tell me more, where will you be skiing? Stiff or soft ski? And some other things. Just trying to help you out man!

ill be skiing cliffs and pillows and steeps at the canyons in utah. wanting something i can still do butters with but are still stiff enough for big cliffs.

Bacons are a good choice then. The Opus would also be a good choice and so would the YLE from 4frnt. Fully symmetrical ski.

Considering This^^^ and the fact you want a freestlye oriented pow ski make me think of Caylors and Rocker2 122s, there is a review of both quoted in my sig. Just a note if you do go for Caylors, at 110lbs I would go for Caylor Lites, they are the same ski just the flex is softer and they're lighter.

Depends really. You said you'll be growing, which is good, what size ski do you ski on right now? Do you think you could handle a 177 (are you a good skier)? And after all it is a pow ski so it's not like you'll have too worry about switch ups on a rail in the park. It's all personal preference.

thanks man +k.. and on 4frnts website it says the caylor lites only come in 181 and 191 and that would be way too big

ya im a good skier i could handle it and right now i dont have pow skis cuz i grew out of my old ones which are waaayyy to small now (ive grown a lot). my park skis are 165.

Yeh didn't notice that 181s would definately be too big, as 5'4" is 164cm,  look at the 171

I think you could pull off a 183 bent chetler. I skied with a girl this year who is about your size and she loved them, Besides they will still allow you some room to grow. I know the Colorado FreeSkier in Crested Butte has a good price on them right now. Check em out

YLEs or bacons
and just to throw another one out there check out the 174 rossi sickle, sounds perfect for you but it may also be the narrowest yet (110 mm)
and btw if youre a good skier dont pass 180ish because im 5'8" and just got a pair of park skis in 175 and theyre pretty big
but other than that give those sickles a look and maybe theyll fit the bill
