Alright, so on April 5th I sent this member 65 in cash for a GoPro. He gave me his # when we first made a deal. And by the end of April, I still hadn't received the GoPro, and I was concerned. I sent him a bunch of messages on NS, but he never responded. So the next week and texted him asking what the deal was. He said he would "check with the post office". He, of course, never got back to me on that. So in early-mid May I texted him asking for a refund. He did not respond. Then again late May I called his cell phone 3 times, no answer; I left a voicemail. He texted me back that he was at work at he cannot text me, but claimed the GoPro was shipped. I never responded to that. I never got anything, so on Memorial Day weekend I asked him for him to send me $65 back through the mail and he kindly responded yes. Long story short never got anything, So I sent him a text a couple weeks after Memorial Day asking for the address he sent it to and he had screwed it all up (forgot a NORTH, and changed Drive to street...). He made fun of his stupidity for screwing up the address.
On June 7th I asked for a refund through PayPal because I was just fed up. He responded yes and said he could not pay me for two weeks because he was working trying to access his paypal account again. That was almost a month ago. He has not sent me any money through PayPal. If I receive a refund of $65 I'll be sure to delete this thread, but don't count on it.
