Yo. I'm going to be moving to Denver in a month and still need to find a place to live. Anyone know where the spots to live are? I'm going to Metro so I want to be within walking/biking distance to campus, and preferably downtown somewhere. Anyone know of any apartments?
Check out the rio grande apartments. When I was there it was 947/month for a two bedroom. It is right downtown to, on Stout between 15th and 16th. There are some other cheapish buildings around there too like the Denver Dry building (I think that is the name).
I'm in the same boat! moving to denver next month and going to school at CU denver, i'm not too worried about finding a place to live I know it'll work out, but if anyone knows of a specific complex that's cheap or something that'd be sick
Other than the ones I already mentioned, the only other names I know are the ballpark lofts, (next to Coors Field) and twenty one 01 on Market, but those will be much much more expensive (around 1000 for a studio.)
