How to create a sequence photograph?

Hey NS,

I was wondering if any of you guys or girls know how to create an effective sequence photograph. I have adobe photoshop on my mac and am fully capable of creating one, but am having a lot of trouble in putting it together.

Any helpful hints or tips are greatly appreciate, also if anyone has expert experience and is willing to put together a sequence for me, please PM me.

Dan's video over complicates things in my opinion. I do

File > Automate > photomerge >

and use that to stack them. then delete the masks that the photomerge creates, and you'll have all the photos stacked and aligned. After that, just take down the opacity of the top layer to 50%, use the brush tool set to "clear" and delete the portion of the top photo where you want the skier from the second photo in the stack to show through. Bring opacity back up, merge the two layers, and repeat.

Don't forget about shadows!

How to make sequences for ABSOLUTE noobs. I actually use this same method a lot - that is if there's enough space between each subject.
