in the begining you do the greater-than symbol (shift+comma) and then at the end you do the less-than symbol (shift+period) and the URL in the sample he made is replaced by the properties of the photo which you can find by right clicking the photo and selecting properties.

yea i am just happy i am not 'fat' its easy to not get fat, you just have to get off your ass and be active. also for some people its hard to gain weight and these are the people who eat the most crap food caus ethey think they won't gain any weight when actually they are just doing as much if not more damage on their bodies if they were fat eating well/ better.
its disgusting how many fat people there are right now in the US. fucking i don't work out and i just eat well and i am not 'fat' ( and no i am not calling myself skinny) if you eat well and are active you are going to be soo much better in the long run. ( i am coming from a long family history of horrible hearts and diabities sp? so i try and stay healthy personaly)
