rodeo 5. basically just thrust your leading hip in front of you, let your chest open up to the sky, look over your leading shoulder, and then bring your knees to your chest.

i learned frontflips first, mostly because there is absolutely no risk if you underrotate. you land on your ass and it hurts for ten seconds and then youre fine

Step/punch fronts, If you can find a little drop into some pow.... thats what i learned first, but backflips are easyer to spot no doubt.

ok scratch that, the easiest inverted trick is definitely a backflip. but the easiest off axis trick in my opinion is a rodeo

depends on the jump.
lots of kick? back flip is easiest.
flat take-off? front flip.

I would say flat 5..you cant actually hurt yourself as fast as if you fail a backflip/frontflip.

my first was a backflip. you just gotta sack up and commit for your first time, then they become easy.
All times are Eastern (-5)
