GUYS! Take it easy on the man. He recently found out that he doesn't know crap about ski movies so he's a little weary about his perceptions on other types of action sports movies, which I completely understand. He's trying to gauge what other people think of this trailer before he gives his impression of it. I wouldn't want to fuck up as bad as he did and I'm sure he doesn't want to go through that again.

He basically said that Candide's trailer for his new movie was terrible, and that there wasn't anything special in it.  Also, he said that if he had spent 5 years with Sammy or Durstchi like Candide did with his movie, it would be on a completely different level.  And all this shit about how other skiers are so much better than him blah blah blah.  I wasn't sure if he was trolling though, because it was really disrespectful and immature for a seemingly grown adult.  He acted like a little child, and I lost all of the respect that I had for him.  However, I still enjoy the PBP movies a lot, OP is just very naive.

While I cannot agree with what he said, I also cannot justify what you've said. I think that the way he behaves on NS is completely seperate from any affiliation with PBP. If he was out shooting with them and they got kicked out of a spot, but he told the police or manager to fuck off, thatd be bad representation.

However, this is his private account, and his actions should reflect solely on him and no one else.

How is he not making PBP look bad? He slandered another teaser, bragged about his own skills and openly stated that PBP's athletes were better then Candide.

Shit I would have to see exactly what he said to argue this at all.

But I think one reason it doesn't make me think of it as bad representation is because his name isn't PBP, it's just kind of his own nickname. Something personal that represents himself, however, if he did bring PBP into it in a prior argument then I can't really argue for him because at that point he is bringing negativity upon their image.

Wow, that's rough.

I still think under certain circumstances that an individuals account should be held accountable to the specific operator, unless it's named after the company.

In this situation however, the fact he mentioned other athletes by name does make him accountable for them and the company even if they had no idea.

However, if the poster remains an individual and doesn't bring other companies and athletes into his post, I still think they should be allowed their own opinion.
