Depends where you go in those two countries. I was just in France and Spain a couple months ago and personally I thought the Spanish girls I hung out with were way hotter than the girls I hung out with in France. Plus the spanish girls were more open and instantly attracted to my friends and I.

I would say the UK is really hit or miss and depends on where you are like i stay in edinburgh and in the city centre, once you factor out the >middle aged women and ~20% of the total fuglies (fuck-uglies) with their stereotypical bad teeth its not too bad with an average of 6 or 7/10, and thats not a "solid 7/10" kind of way. But i can agree about other places that fugly percentage can shoot right up, i blame being an isalnd, the gene pool isnt wide enough and becomes shallow due to almost family having kids with each other.
