Help With landing Dubs on Trampoline

open up so you don't over rotate
keep your balance a bit more forward on take off so you don't fall back

You have plenty of height when you're jumping but as soon as you flip you huck hard sideways and you're more focused on the flip. Trying getting height and throwing the flip a bit slower that way you don't over-rotate and you come around perfectly.

I coach trampoline. I would have a lot of tips for you but to long to right. Maybe over the phone if you realy need it, PM me. what i can tell you know though is just keep doing it over and over again and realy try to spot your landing better. here's a small edit with shitty quality filming/editing, i can help you out with any trick here probably:

Jump then flip. You jumped way too many times and then barely left the trampoline. Also try double overflips, way easier / easiest dub.

whats an overflip? every body argues about tricks so i can't really keep up with all of them

And overflip is a 90 to a lincoln loop forwards to another 90. A double overflip would be a 90 to double forward lincoln loop to another 90, I think.

spot your landing and open up so you don't over rotate. Kinda looked like you were just hucking it.
