Recently I have made a change in my life. I have decided to completely give up negativity. For the sake of this message, I will only use ns examples. It's hard work especially on the internet. You have to commit to it 100% It means breaking bad habits like talkin shit about things just to have something to say. Coming up with a reason to say something bad about someone else. Oh this guy copied that guy, or hes a douche cuz his style isnt gangster enough. you know the standard stuff we are all guilty of. Basically I've made this change throughout my entire life because negativity is so detrimental to the people around us. It's like a wave of bad energy. Even after we leave, it still ripples around all the people we came in contact with. That ripple effects people. It brings down the energy. It makes people more cautious and less willing to take risks. This fear of being judged and negative criticism slows each of our individual progression. Whether you care about what others think of you or not is irrelevant. If everyone around you spread the positivity you would be more amp'd to try that trick or meet new people. I challenge everyone to try it. Life is way more fulfilling when you know that the wake you spread is one of positivity, one that makes people feel impowered or better than they were before talking to you. This community should be close knit, open, and accepting, not a bunch of loud mouth arrogant kids. We are better than that. We should show everyone why we love ns skiing so much through our attitude! Show those kids that dont get why we ski, why we ski. Be inviting and hospitabile to new members, give a random ns'er or a lil joey a complement when ur riding, be an embassador of ns skiing on and off the hill and on ns! Spread the positivity!!! That is all.
