I thought I knew which ski I was going to get.... need help again

Well I have been set on the K2 Domains for some time now. Im a park skier doing rails some of the time but hitting small (less than 20ft) jumps some of the time.
After talking with some guys from my state (Minnesota) they said the Domains were a little "to much" for our small parks.
Im looking for a ski that has good durability for rails but also pretty light with a good swing weight so I can actually spin off of the small features here in Minnesota.
How are the Armada El Reys or  AR7s for park durability? Or should I just stick with the domains?
I would classify myself as a decent park skiier (can do 360 tail grabs and ride 20 foot rails)

Ar7s are terrific for rails and jumps. I personally stay away from k2 but that's me. Another ski is the filthy rich

Thank you for your reply but after looking in depth on the AR7 some more it seems like they are a little to "good" for me.. The pricing is as high as I am willing to go.    Any thoughts on the El Rey?

Also I would like to add that these will be my first twin tips. Ive skiied park hard for 2 years on.... rentals! D:

Hey man I ski in MN too (at Buck.) I've ridden my ar7s for 2 years, and they are in incredibly good shape. A few tiny edge cracks, and a couple scratches, but nothing else. Basically, all Armada skis are bombproof.

El reys would work great as a intermediate park ski. If you had extra money maybe go for AR7 as its built a little better, other wise here.

O2 gearshop is still selling the El Rey super cheap. They have killer off season deals.

Props for representing good old Buck Hill. I heard they made a decent park this past winter.
Also Apple valley is for Gapers. Lakeville is where the party's at. :)

Glad to see some guys from MN on here. My local park is Elm Creek but I make it out to Spirit, Afton, and Hyland every once in awhile.

Also the El Reys seem to be more All mountain, where im 95% park...   Any other ideas? Or am just better of with the Domains?

I would go for the AR7 over the K2 Domain if I were you. Although neither of them are likely to disappoint you, AR7s seem more suited for your needs.

Domains seem perfect for your situation. I have no idea what that guy at your mountain was talking about. They are soft with a rocker and no camber. With what you are doing they will be just perfect. I ski in south Dakota with the same park situation as you and when I rode my friends domains they were great. I would Definately buy a pair if my friend didn't have them.

I took my friends of a 35 footer and they did fine. That's the biggest jump that we had but I Definately would have taken them of a bigger one. Of course I wouldn't try a double rodeo 1080 on them, but for your purpose they would be fine.

filthy riches are for bigger features and more advance skiers. K2 is fine. There is nothing wrong with skiing on K2's in the midwest. My buddy has a pair and I live in the midwest so really there is no point. Just pick a ski and do a little research. Companies have websites with all the information about every ski they make.
