Screwing over an ebay scammer (article)

A bit of a long read, but it's well worth it. Basically a guy tries to scam a guy's laptop of of him, and the seller tricks the scammer into paying hundreds of dollars.

It was all shits and giggles until this last part:

3) Finally, and most disturbingly, Jeff was not heard from again. I personally e-mailed him for permission to run his story on ZUG, but after an initial response, I never heard from him again. All of his Web sites have come down, and he is nowhere to be found.

shit... I didn't even comprehend that the first time. I assumed the publisher was the guy who sent the p p powerbook.
