The suspect is made for big features and going fast. Its a super stable ski, but if your strong enough is is a very playfull ski. It will butter and press, but you have to have strength in your legs.
Whats its really built for is big jumps and big slopestyle rails, not smaller urban features. Its one of the most stable park skis at speed, comparing well to the orignal Pipe cleaners or the older dynastar trouble makers.
Its not great in the powder but Im yet to really find a park ski that is good in the powder.
But tearing round the groomers its amazing, and gives you alot of confidence. I clocked 110kmh coming down Symphany this year on mine.
Durability wise, they do suffer from some delaming in the nose. Its dew to the full sidewall construction, and lack of rivot. However if you delam it chances are its a warrenty, unless you broke the nose slamming it off a rail.
Edge wise, mine held up really well, the edges are thick and hold in well. The bases are pretty fast, there a stintered ptex 200 base, so not bad. The Bases on the Pro Pipes are faster though.
