Netflix help quick

Whatup I have a Mac OS X 10.6.8 and I just got Netflix.... yea so netflix says I need to download the newish version of silverlight and I downloaded it like 10 times and it still says I need silverlight...wtf help I am horrific with computers!

pour water in the usb port, turn the computer off, then turn it on again.
