Icon trouble (please help)

Hi, maybe it's because I'm new here but i'm trying to upload my icon and it doesn't work.

I will choose file, and it will show the file name below the box, finished, but no icon will show up. I try again and this time the file name appears in the box additionally, with the one below, but no icon. I think it's the correct format and all, I can't find the problem!

I put my problem here for it to be seen.

It needs to be EXACTLY 50x50 (not hard to fix in paint or something) and under 8k, which is very easy. Just type what you want in google and change size under options to exactly 50x50. Best of luck!

the bottom right corner says how big your dimensions are.

assuming that you have a somewhat newer version of paint go to home > resize > pixels > (uncheck maintain aspect ratio) > and type in 50x50
