Wanna do some new tramp tricks but dont know what to try. Definitley want to lear how to bio but cant figure it out

start by doing a regular spin and drop your right shoulder hard if you're spinning left or vice versa. eventually you feel how to set into it faster
i'm not very good at them tho
try to get all your tricks spinning the other way
unnatural flats are damn near impossible for me and getting to the same amount of spin is really tough like unnatural cork 10
