Typical morning workout.
Bike to gym (20 mins)
5 x 10 x 125 bench press
5 x 10 x 100 cable curl / 5 x 10 x 100 cable pulldown circuit
Lunges
4 x 25 x 215 calf raise / 4 x 20 x 60 hamstring curl circuit
3 x 10 x 110 dumbell bench / 3 x 10 x 80 dumbell fly / 3 x 10 pushups circuit
15 min cardio break @ ~160bpm (stairmaster) with ridiculously hot girl on the one beside me ftw
5 x 10 x 90 preacher curl
5 x 10 x 200 pec deck
3 x 20 x 4 plates one legged leg press
5 x 10 x 105 military press
cool down core, 25 crunch 25 reverse crunch 25 extensions 25 leg raise.
Shower, and off to work. Pretty efficient with it overall, took about 1h15 once I was in the gym.
