3 easy steps, 2 different approaches (i hope this post is serous because this works for me at least 75% of the time, which isn't bad if you ask me)

if its a girl and you be all like "I wanna wife dat"

1. Gotta have respect, introduce yourself and get dat girls numbah,
2. Be bold, don't be scared to tell her whats up, don't be to foreward but if you wait too long dat gurls gunna be long gone.
3. Go in for the K, ask he on a date or whatever you do with nice girls,

NOTE: I've only done this twice, as im not the kind of guy who wants to put in time.

If your looking for a senseless hook-up

1. Be the biggest asshole you can possibly be, like im talking HUUUGE DOUCHE
2. Strait up leave, just say you done
3. Wait half an hour, if dat bitch is still alone at said party ask her whats up, and if you can "tap dat"

i do this all the time, works with high school girls because for some reason they don't like nice guys.

for non relationship/flingy hook ups i do to things.

I use something called the funnel method. I text every girl in my contacts and cast out a wide net. When girls respond they make it to the next round and a pursue them further and the ones that seem more and more dtf will pass through the funnel and filter out. Then I will choose on and pursue them for a while. If things go well i may end up staying with them for a while and potentially date them. if they don't i move on to the next one. its super effective.

Hooking up with random chicks at a party thought is different, thats just confidence and determination. You can't be afraid to get rejected but don't like pursue someone in a creepy manner. if they reject you or give u bad vibes just move on.

Haha same here. Like, there's this chick who I've been really attached to for a while, and she kind of treats me like shit. She has issues though, and isn't the greatest with relationships in general. But she does things and hurts me and I just can't let her go :P And then, every time I meet a new girl, she jumps in and fucks things up! I should probably just move on, but I can't...

For parties:

-Show up an hour or so after the majority of people, this ensures everyone is loose and talking already, bring extra booze for any exceptional women

-Jump around from group to group for a bit and talk to EVERYONE, people you know and people you don't, be assertive and confident. Try to use the individuals you know prior to the party as links to meet potential hook ups. This step is key, make yourself look like the centre of attention, that guy that everyone's loves

-After the initial introductions are made, have a few beer and relax, wait for one of the individuals you just met to make an interaction back, usually in the form of a look or gesture

-Talk to her, offer her a drink, do whatever, just be social and let a conversation flow. Booze helps an amazing amount with this

-Get her away from the rest of the party, as it consists of 90% cockblockers

-HIT IT

Vibes man. I did kind of fuck up here, but I hooked up with her friend, who just happened to be the most down to earth girl I've ever met, and she just freaked the fuck out. She started talking about how much she liked me and how much I fucked her over etc. It was wack. I'm friends with the original girl again, but I still really regret things not working out with the other girl :(

Yeah dude but what is bullshit is this girl when I tell her how I really feel and shit about her she friend zones me to the Max. But as soon as I gain interest in another girl she is like but wait maybe if we hang out more it would be different and we could be together.. so it's like stuck in limbo and it sucks. I have told her multiple times to fuck off and that I can't deal with her shit anymore but for some reason I always come back.
