Attention Small Business Owners/Everyone Else

I am thinking of making a small e-commerce business online. I am thinking of making a website where the whole site is just a big ad board. It would be like a certain size page, and I could charge for advertising like lets just says 1 dollar for 1 pixel of space on the site.

I was wondering if (idk if anyone on here actually has their own business) you guys think people would be willing to pay for ad space?

I am in high school and I have always liked making websites and I just got fired from my job at a grocery store, and I decided instead of having another boring job, why not start one online?

I also was thinking of making a site where you pay for me to write a (shitty) essay for you, because one kid in my class paid $90 for his final essay and got a D on it. (lol) But, I figured that was too common of a site..

So please let me know what you guys think!

the point of companies paying for advertisements online is because that webiste is commonly visited.  How would you're website be appealing to companies to pay for ad space?

$1/pixel is WAY too pricy. Seeing that a decent ad should be no less than 75+ by 200+ pixels...

the first thing literally has no purpose, why would anyone ever go to your website? Consumers need motivation to visit the website for people to want to put their name on it. Im no just going to go to a website to look at ads.

I figured people with small companies would pay for this and eventually just people looking to see what it is..

maybe he means sale ads?? like you get in the sunday paper. People would visit his site to see what the current discounts/deals are and businesses would pay to have their ads on it?

If he really just meant advertisements like what NS has above and on the side, then yeah- the website would not attract any visitors.
