If you watch a little bit of snowboarding you would know that pretty much all the rails level 1 uses have been used before in old snowboard movies.

Is there something wrong with that? It's like saying you've seen a skier hit a park rail in an edit before so it's morally wrong for a snowboarder to hit it.

How is that different from people going back to spots? For example, the big red ledge.

in terms of creativity....snowboarding is years ahead. Rails on snowboards are also 100000000000000000000x cooler. So many more options.

sorry for the double post to the haters....

but im calling out anyone to find a ski edit that is as creative and cool as some of those snowboarding edits. I love skiing as much as the next kid, but i can atleast admit snowboarding is so much more creative than skiing.

Yes I did.... which is how I came to the conclusion that it is horrendous. I just don't find the whole rock/grundge thing mixed with skinny pants and lots of urban all that appealing (yes the video showed baggy pants and backcountry). I respect the things that they do and that they have fun doing it especially because the urban they do is gnarly. Its just that if I am going to spend the time watching an edit, I want it to be the vibe aand style that I am attracted to. This video just didn't fall into that category.

its not an opinion man. snowboarding is more creative. the range of motion that snowboarders have, coupled with the fact they can still do things easily with one foot or sometimes no feet binded in puts them ahead. i love skiing, i will till i die. that being said, i love watching snowboarding too

I love snowboarding and skiing both but to say Skiing is more creative is a JOKE!

Just take a look at what is cool in skiing right now!
1 Nollies
2 Reverts after landing
3 Butters
4 Afterbang
5 Tail/Nose press
6 Wall Rides
7Rail bonks and taps in/out

Snowboarding has had every one of these things for over a decade now!

There are many creative skiers don't get me wrong but some things people see as new and creative in skiing arn’t new at all!
