NS Sighting? Portland/Scarborough Maine

I saw a black pickup truck with a line sticker on the back window and an armada sticker on the side window in Portland Maine the other day, and today I was at walmart copping a few more pairs of animal shirts and I saw a kid with a blue EC shirt.

I'm 2 hours north in Camden/Rockport, but it could possibly be 1337.? Unlikely but possible. Also it could be f-town something or whatever.
