How do they do this??? Photo experts needed

How are they doing this? My guess is they take a lot of different pictures with milk pouring on different spots but i have no idea... It is definitely cool however they do it but i am a bit curious on what they are doing because it would be awesome for a athlete studio shot (like a skier or a surfer with water or snow emerging out of them)
