Things to close to hood.

So I'm going to hood for 2 weeks, skiing for one and going to Portland and Seattle for a week. What are cool things to see or do close to those areas. Anything from the space needle to a trampoline gym would be cool to know about. +10k for good anwsers and for laughs

pretty sure its only open when camp isnt in session, so from around september to may. you could go to skyhigh, but the tramps there all suck and theres a ton of little kids. skyhigh is still mad fun though, its good for single flips/rotations and they have a foampit. go at night during the week if possible.

if you skate check out the parks around here as well.

theres a lot of hikes and cool things to see like the falls and littler crater lake (creepy)...play golf at the resort..kick it down on the river, drink and grill at trillium, fuck with campers...swim at timothy (trillium is fucking gross, and timothy has a couple cool spots for jumping)..become a gypsy and sell trickets in town, eat tacos, kick it with shep, watch dangerous stunts at ski bowl (always a good chance of faulty equipment killing children) attempt dangerous stunts at skibowl (stay away from anything wolfman is running)..have wide eyed hippy check your ID 50 times, listen to blackrobbies stories about strippers doing lines off his dick, try to stab high cascade diggers, get herpes, get a bb gun and shoot kids and stuff from your window

now im just snowballing into wierd shit that happens in govy...im out

I was born in portland... Downtown is sweet definatley walk Around for a while. Also go go the voodoo doughnut place. Theres always a long line but their dogntunts are soooooo good

Then watch the people throwing fish. and go to the top of space needle.

In Portland go to Little Big Burger. yummy stuff

If you like to boulder or want to try, I'd highly suggest visiting the Seattle Bouldering Project. I was there last week and it s amazing, really big and has everthing from beginner shit to intense stuff.

pike place in seattle, maybe gasworks park pretty chill there and sky-high is always a good time. I know in portland there is the ON3P factory you can visit too.

Seattle Art Museum is dope, same with Pike Place and just downtown Seattle in General. the Fremont and Uni districts are always fun to just chill and look around in. Ballard Commons has a pretty tight skate park as well. also Queen Anne/Uptown has the hottest (and most stuck up) bitches.

I'd say do the skiing your first week, then drive into Hood River and then drive down the Columbia River Gorge into Portland. I'd spend no more than three days in Portland. Definitely go to Voodoo though and if the Timbers are playing when you're there, make sure you go, those are supposed to be really fun soccer games. Spend more time in Seattle than Portland, it's a larger city and I liked it much more than I did Portland. Like everyone's said, go to Pike Place, wander around and see what people are selling (I bought one of my favorite paintings there). Seattle is one of my favorite skylines, so take the Bainbridge island ferry and that's a cheap way to see the city from the water. Go to a Mariners game if they're in town while you're there. If you really want, you could go to the top of the Space Needle, but it's pricey to do so and it's just a view, but it's also something to say you did. Anyway, enjoy your time in the NW and don't get caught up in the skiing, Portland and Seattle are two beautiful cities with tons to do in and around them, so make sure you take advantage of that.
