at killington this year they said theirs was made out of lecsan (i might have spelled it wrong). it's like more expensive plexiglass i think. that shit is smoooothe.

lexan is pretty expensive... I think that they had it at my work for .... $200 just for a 1/4 inch thick 4 X 8 piece. I stole the scraps after we cut them. you can throw a hammer at it and there won't be a nick in it.

lexan isnt that expensive..at home depot they have it for $20 for a 2x4 sheet 1/4' thick

the box's at blue got taken away (thanks a lot Aeden) 'cause they were so shitty. they had screws sticking out of the top of the box so the odd time you'd get a huge gouge out of the base of your ski that 'causes your ski to turn on you... and other times you fall and get your jacket ripped.

i don't know... we might have new ones this coming winter, all the boxes we've had were ghetto so I say don't bother and just concintrait on more rails... i mean, we do have like 3 or 4 picnic tables that we set up all the time, so the boxes arn't really neccesary.

I dont know bout your shit but mine isnt that tough. kinda mushy actually. Anyway Lexan is the best. 250 times stronger then glass. plexiglass comes in second then nylon.
