Okay, seriously can anyone teach me how to do flatspins on the trampoline sitting down like Henrik? Mad respect and K+ if you can help me out here!

it's sorta like doing a flat regularly on a tramp, but you need to spin faster I guess. Throw a grab in there and tuck.

3s on your back are pretty easy and low risk, go try them! I csn do up to 7 but it took practice on foot and then back. As for flats I am clueless, hahahaha

Ight thanks. I wish i could but i dont have a tramp, used to. Just have to wait till monday to go to my friends house. Im really bad at spinning vertically. I can do 3s and 5s and ive landed a few 7s but usually when i get to 540ish i look like a spinning top that somebody poked. I just sorta go off axis and spin out

I don't have a tramp either hahaha, gotta wait until I go to a gym or tramp place/camp in order to go on, the people who used to let me use their tramp moved last Saturday. You can also practice on the ground which I do, I can 7 on flat ground both ways and the key is to look as if you're switch. Also you can grab up to 5 on flat ground or off ledges. I want to get a tramp soon too.

does anyone else think that that tramp looks way less bouncey than other super tramps? I havent been to either but from what ive seen the one at skyriders in toronto looks a lot better

That actually looked like arials. But I can´t figure out how some people are comfertable with landing on their stomach. It´s probably the hardest thing I´ve tried on a trampoline ( and I have thrown doubles).
