Cell phone ticket

so i got a ticket for talking on the cell ( i know its stupid) and am going into court later todya to get the fine lowered or no points on the license. Anyone got any tips who have tried to do this type of thing before?

haha good work. So many devices now that enable you to talk on the phone without using your hands....

Anyway, you can do traffic school in a lot of states. I've never heard of someone getting the fine lowered for that though. Just keep in mind you can usually only do traffic school once every 18 months or so.
