Tripod

Need some help picking out my first tripod ever...
I DO NOT want to spend more than $50 bucks I realize that $50 is not that much, but I am looking for something that is very very basic and has a max load of 3lbs to 5lbs
Could use some experienced Photographers Advice +K

$50 bucks?  I just spent $900 but that was for a filming setup.  Dude I'd be checking Craigslist or Goodwill.

Fuild Head, comes with case, super nice for price.
