Yeah gold is totally different from stocks or real estate. It will only go up and never go down.

No I have been saying for about a year now that eventually gold will drop and everyone said no it won't because people don't learn. I hope you kids will learn

Gold is an inflation hedge. In the last year it has somewhat become a general market hedge. It rose around 200% in a few years only to fall abruptly... I'm not about to waste my time with gold. Take a look at real commodities if you're playing that game, not gold.
