Time after time in threads, I see people posting something along the lines of "Would give you karma, but you're already at 10/10" The same also goes for contest sways when karma is involved. For now, I always rate members one above their current rating out of ten, so I can bump them up later. However once their at ten, I can no longer rate them up. So it would be nice if after every year, the previous years ratings were attained, and then a reset occurred making every go back to N/A so that you could rate people back up again. Good for long time members because they often contribute good stuff more than once a year, and aren't "Burnt out" because no one can longer rate them up again.
Hopefully that makes sense, I have poor wording.
