Spinning faster

I need to know how to spin faster on the tramp. No matter how hard I set my rotation on any trick, rodeo, misty, cork, bio I can only get to rodeo 5 misty 5 cork 5 or bio 5 unless I try really hard and then I might get to 630. It really pisses me off. So how do you spin faster and add extra rotation to your tricks?

flip less and spin more. Example. If you set for a cork 10, you almost set it as an upright spin and go into the cork a lot later than if you were going for a cork 7. I'd practice just spinning upright and then take it to corks/bios. The flippier rotations (misty, rodeo, etc) are much harder to spin past 5 but cork and bio come around nicely for any spin

Start with your arms a little out and then bring them in to start rotating faster.

this doesnt aply really to mistys and rodeos, but start with a wider stance and wind your arms up. you will spin much faster.

exactly. Except I'd say it does apply to mistys and rodeos.
