Anyone else crack a bunch of bones in their body all the time? Maybe I'm just getting old but I'm finding that i crack my hip, sternum, neck, back, ankles, and elbows. All pretty loudly too.
what joints/body regions do you typically crack on the regular?
I can crack my neck, back, knees, and ankles. The neck is the worst though. I do it way too much, and it seems like the more I do it, the more it feels like I have to do it.
I can't stand to watch people crack their necks. It just doesn't look/sound healthy at all. But I crack fingers, ties, Elbows, knees, ankles, and my shoulder
Nothing. My knees pop on their own and my jaw is royaol fucked but i couldnt crack anything myself. The chiro popped my back for the first time at age 23
Back and toes, sometimes if I'm stretching out my groin I bring my legs in and my groin area cracks, I don't think it's a good type of crack though. Somethings wrong in there.
Neck, Back, Elbows, Knees, Ankles, wrists (they sound like a cement mixer when i move them in a circle), toes, shoulder sometimes and Knuckles of course.
Neck is absolutely disgusting. Not sure why but I can't deal with people cracking their necks. I crack my knees, knuckles, ankles, toes, elbows and shoulders regularly. Back occasionally.
To Dingo: why/how the hell do you crack your sternum? That sounds painful.
God it's the weirdest fucking thing. All of a sudden it feels like something's lodged in my chest... or something's all stuck. Like a locked up elbow or something. It's REALLY weird. So I pull my arms back, and stick my chest out like i'm gonna chest-bump someone... and if that doesnt work, and it's REALLY stuck, I take my arms, put my hands on the back of my head, pull back and twist my torso side to side. It hurts like a motherbitch, but eventually it cracks... audibly..
Exact same for me, and if I can't crack it, it hurts.... I grab my hands behind my back and pull my elbows together as hard as I can, then make like a snake till it cracks, then much relief is had. Also my knee, I broke it a while back and if I don't crack it every morning its sore all day
Oh... another one... my foot. Sometimes I'll be skiing and i'll have to take my whole boot off and everything or else my foot will feel like its all stiff and stuck. It's like having a gnarly itch.
My body is the fucking worst, I crack my back side to side and by bending back if my back starts tightening or feels locked up. I tore apart my wrist when I was younger and had a bad surgery on it so sometimes my tendon gets over my hook bone on my wrist so i have to pop it. all of my fingers and my knees and my hip goes in and out, and my shoulder pops, grinds, and cracks and where i had my foot reconstructed the bone that got shaved down and shortened locks up under my foot and i have to pop it. Suposidly with celiacs its real common to get arthritis so..... things aren't looking up for me.
That's pretty wild. I completely understand the feeling of having no choice but to crack something (my knees and elbows which tend to lock up), I've just never even thought of cracking my sternum. Props to you/sorry you have to do that, sounds pretty gnar.
Other than my knuckles I really can only crack bones that I've broken before. I can crack my left wrist easily and my right ankle cracks literally every few steps.
I crack my back, knuckles, ankles(they crack as I walk), fingers, wrist, neck sometimes, and I have to crack my knees every couple of hours or they get really stiff and sore.
I am a chronic neck cracker, as well as my back and knuckles. I'm trying to cut down on it cause sometimes I crack my neck and feel a nerve from my spine area send a little shock to my whole body, yet I still feel the need to do it.
Used to crack my elbows and knees, but don't do that anymore. Just my knuckles now. It's a really gross habbit and I HATE it when other people do it. Really should stop cracking my fingers as well...
When i walk my knees and ankles just crack. More my ankles like if i'm walking in the house at night i sometimes wake up my parents because my ankles crack so loudly when i walk. And also my neck but i have to keep constantly cracking it because it always feels so stiff and sore.
my neck and ankles, especially my ankles, when i get out of bed at night for a glass of water and i walk on it, it snaps so loud it has woken up my gf more than once ...
Like everyone else crack my neck and fingers quite frequently. Other than that sometimes I have to crouch down and crack my knees. They start like creaking and shit. I feel like an ship lol.
My right ankle cracks every step. Messed up my neck so i can continuously crack it whenever i want. Toes feel ooooooooh so good to crack. Dislocated my knee twice so that pops all the time. The only knuckles that will crack are my thumbs though.
my left ankle cracks with every step, loudly too, i really wish it didnt kinda sucks walking through a quiet library lol. I crack my fingers, wrists, neck, sternum and right hip, and sometimes my right elbow kinda gets stuck until i crack it.
My elbows and knees crack all the time, but its not like I'm "doing" it, it just happens. I really don't understand why people crack knuckles and backs and shit...
Neck, knuckles, toes, elbows, back, knees. When I walk up or down a set of stairs it sounds like firecrackers going off from my ankles and knees. I used to be able to get my sternum too but not so much anymore. Damn that felt good.
neck, knuckles, toes, ankles, back, can make this weird popping with my shoulders, elbows and knees sometimes feel really stiff like something got moved out of place but when i kick or punch really hard it cracks and feels fine
i can crack my right wrist pretty easily, my neck if i sort of yank it to the side by putting my hand on my chin and twisting, and sometimes my shoulders grind a little bit when i swing my arms in circles. sometimes i'll feel my knees lock up a bit too and i can sort of kick my feet forward in a specific way and it'll crack my knees.
