for me, cork 3s have alot to do with taking off a booty jump, i cant really do them tramping but you can learn every rotation from backy to three for air awareness practice to always land to your feet. also tricks from your back and butt will help core strengthening.

Do 3s onto your back then do that only higher in the air and stomp it. LJ vid is also helpful. Certain grabs like safety and critical are helpful in learning. See the other trampoline thread too!

Please help! I just went out to try them and it seems possible but everytime i get it around, i land on my butt. I think it would be easier to take it to 5, but how do I stomp it on 3?... Thanks +k!

Tense your core and then try to bring your feet back under you but make sure that you are committed or else you will bring it to your butt

Sorry for dub post. But LJ is basically saying do 180's to your stomach. Then progress it to 3's and just keep your stomach always facing the ground

your legs need to be spread out. basically in a spread eagle with your knees bent. Just keep doing 3's in that position and everytime lean a little further back and bring your feet up in front of you at the start of the spin.
