Dumb shit you do at work

We all do dumb shit at work.. Today I found myself wrapping a pen around a spiral telephone cord for a solid 20 minutes. I also took a shit/surfed NS and ended up sitting on the toilet for half an hour.. What's some of the dumb things you guys do to waste time? Inb4 fapping

I work with this rope thing with a hook on the end of it for pulling stuff. I'll walk around the parking lot hanging it from my neck and kicking the hook with every step. I look like a dumbass but i'm excused because I actually work with mentally challenged people

There is a lot more goofing off in the military then you would think.... I work on generators so we are proficient in both electricity and engines. So like once we hooked up an outlet to a door handle. That was a good one. Fuck with people by freezing their valuables in a block of ice. and fucking with the lower ranking is always fun too. But when we work, we fucking work our asses off. 15's are not uncommon in my job, and the risk of going to military jail is very serious with my job. So we find a nice balance.

But back during the winter when I worked at my local ski shop we would take the rubber bands we used to hold up brakes while tuning skis and have battles with them. They got pretty heated. Also every now and then we would have a huge bag of M&M's and see how far we could throw them across the shop into someones mouth.

Literally this was my day yesterday.

10-12 read/help people get on go-karts when needed
12-12:30 eat free doba provided by work
12:30-3 drive go karts with costumers/read
3-7 worked at bumper cars/read when no ones there
7-8 play mini golf with the workers because no one was in the park

I've gotten extremely good at my job.

Description:
1. Cut open a box
2. Take 8 smaller boxes out of bigger box
3. Take plastic wrap off of smaller boxes
4. Put smaller boxes back into bigger box
5. Lots of tape

I can now do it in 12 seconds.

Fuck yeah.

I work at a provincial park... I usually tell the campers that bears will eat them and see their reactions, then play with the random toys that are kicking about the office. I eat a lot of the candy too.

My job basically involves alot of hurry up and wait... So i tend to read a ton of books. Usually read a book every 2 weeks or so, works out well though because i absoloutely love to read anyway.

I absolutely love it too. I've become pretty good friends with my asian co-worker, Su Meng Cha. We both do this mind-nimbing work for about 9 hours a day and get paid pretty well, plus overtime. Best part is that you can listen to music on the job, so I just shut off my brain and "autopilot" through the entire shift.

i work at a sandwich place that delivers and im a delivery driver, so obviously i dick around as much as i can on the actual deliveries so i dont have to be in the store as much. but when i am in the store we usually:
run some intense plays using a turkey breast.
jam to whatever music we put on.
trashketball.
watch the drunk bitches yell and fall over each other when the bars close and they come into the shop.

if i had that job i'd take a small object from each house i cleaned. nothing major, but i'd sell em on ebay or something for a dollar and over a long time you'd make quite a bit of money and no single person would lose anything of value to them haha



but for me its usually just work. then sneak beers into the dairy cooler in the basement, chill in there, eat lunch, see how long i can get away with chilling in the bathroom for, mess with the other guys, and walk around aimlessly. then again... i almost got fired last summer (summer job) so this year i'm gonna put in some effort, stay after hours for that 1.5 times pay, and make some solid money hopefully.

i wash/detail ferrari's and shit at my current summer job.. and my boss is a cop. so not much dickin around on that job.

but... my at job at a local ski shop there was much dickin around to be had. rubber band fights were always occuring with those thick ass rubber bands used to hold back binding breaks. was always a fun challenge to try and snipe someone helping a customer at the front desk without them noticing. everyone is constantly fuckin with each other there.. fun place to work
