What trick should I learn on the trampoline today?

Since I have a crappy trampoline, no doubles. I am getting bored doing the same things over and over. Thanks for giving me something to do.

try some lead grabs like lead safety, lead japan, lead mute, just a bunch of weird grabs in some easy tricks is always fun

Yeah also try critical grabs (japan on your front basically) or some double safetys with daffys, I was doing those the other day and they're fun with cork sevens, fives and threes.

cork 7 mute grabs, without throwing like a normal cork.


i can cork 2 ways.

1. drop shoulder, lean back, spin, cork.
2. wind up big, go for a normal spin, grab mute, end up corking out.


i found the second way recently and it's superrrr fun.

also backflip 180's feel REALLY weird haha

pretend your skiing, and doing a sw cork 3, but on a trampoline.

learn bed tricks zach! its where you do corks and flips, but you take off from and land on your back.

d spins 3 or 5 i have yet to learn a 7 but soo fun. and flatspin 3s and 5s are also really fun with truck driver grabs. im trying to learn a flat spin 7 but cant seem to get it around to my feet.

carve across the trampoline like you would on a jump and lean back, the best way to start learning them is do cork 5s. Then do 3s onto your back and then repeat that motion in the air.

These are my favourite things to do on a trampoline.

you can get so much air of landing and taking of from your back, and IMO its less risk.

set like a 180 to your stomach, and then flip it aorund. Moo moo cows help alot when your just learning how to do them

mimic switch hits! Bounce with your torso 90 degrees and your head looking behind you as if you were riding switch.  this is how i learned switch corks, mistys, etc.

try doing all your tricks opposite or try cork 7s and 9s with edollos tweaked out safety grabs. i just learned them and they feel so sick.

can u backflip? cuz if u can then just add a japan grab and look over ur shoulder abit more, like not straight back

also something else i just learned is doing hand drags on the tramp in your flips like cork 3, 5 ,7, rodeos, underflips, mistys, backflips. you basically just bounce really high then ubsorb your trick on the last bounce throw your trick really hard and reach for the tramp with your hand. its actually so fun and feels sick too.

As said earlier learn bio 7s they are really hard but fun to do! Same as cork 3s, which are difficult but really easy once you get them and you can lay them out with a critical grab! :)

the way you cork 3 is do 3's over and over, gradually dipping your shoulder until you feel slightly corked., and then repeat it until you get used to the feeling. Grabbing lead safety makes it much easier.

I couldn't either until I tried this: Throw a spin, then when you get to 180 try and dip into misty. If you get the timing right it will throw you into a text book cork. To bio throw a spin and at 180 throw rodeo.

start with backflip 180s and make them less and less inverted until your feet arent going over your head anymore
