what is this?

i was just itching my shin and felt something hard under the skin so i pushed it from one end to get it to come out like a splinter. it wouldnt come out so i got it with tweezers and it came out with some flesh attached...it seems like a splinter of some sort, but not wood and not shaped like a splinter, its kinda see through yellowish, i dont know how it got there, or when...can anyone explain this?

i had a splinter that would'nt come out and after it came out 2 weeks later it seemed like that.

i stepped on some glass about 1-2 months ago. sometimes, when i step weird, or go on a trampoline, i get a sharp pain in my toe.
