what are the odd things you were scared of when you were a little kid?

alright the thread title is pretty self explanitory.

so i was taking my shit before my shower and i always tend to do and i remember a time when i was younger and afriad of the tiolet!

i used to be afraid of snakes coming out of the tiolet when i was sitting on the pot. my baby sitter told me a tale of it happening to one kid. and for like a year or so i would always watch the water very closely and take the fastest shits i could possibly take. i would also try holding my shits in as long as possible until the last moment.

thanks baby sitter. you made me fear the tiolet and be volunteerly constipated!

The bed thing, jumping from it as far as I could, that was fun. The out houses at campgrounds scared me also and when I would get in trouble I would hide because my dad would royally beat my ass.

I was scared of the letter H on that alphabet show after Sesame Street. I guess they used 'Hug' as an example for H and I thought the giant foam letter was killing someone instead of hugging them.

i used to live in a mobile home in the very back. my room had big bay windows above the built in drawers. and there was a scrap metal yard 20-30ft. behind the trailer, and the scraps stuck way above the fence. we used to get heavy wind, and i always thought i was gonna die by having a giant piece of metal impale me

My family used to rent a cabin on Vancouver Island from one of our friends.
It was kinda remote and had no running water.
So the outhouse was a little ways into the woods.
I used to be scared shitless to go to the bathroom after dark.
Bears n' whatnot hanging around.

devine, speaking of that movie, the only part that scared the shit out of me for some reason was the part where they where out on the lawn and the sprinklers come on and they almost drown in the mud. Thats the only part of the movie that I vividly remember.
