Does religious affiliation bother you? I'm going to assume from your icon that you're an Ontarian and that you're used to the non-affiliated canoe-trip sort of camp. The thing about the Vancouver area is that it seems that most are linked to the church in some way. A couple that I went to or knew people who went to:
http://www.qwanoes.ca/ http://www.keatscamps.com/ which are christian and presumably require their counsellors to be so as well. These ones are also pretty "rich" in that they have nice equipment and expensive facilities etc.
I met the lady who runs this one, and she seemed nice, but I have no idea if they're hiring or not. It's worth a shot though:

I also know a bunch of people who work here:
http://www.vanymca.org/camps/campelphinstone_virtualtourcabinline.html It seems pretty decent and the kids who work there are generally cool.
And finally, the camp I work at:
http://www.educo.ca/ it's rad, pm me if you want more insight, I don't feel like writing it all down here.
fuck that was a long post.
