Replying to Prank/kidnapping idea

So say you are walking down the street and you see a camera crew come around the corner.. They set up but dont start filming at all. Waiting for the "actors" to get there..

All the sudden they start filming, "ACTION" and someone runs out of a building grabs a guy/girl walking down the street tosses em in a van, then drives away.. Director comes out says "CUT" and they pack up and leave.

Would you think it was a film or a crime?

This could be applied to random people as a prank for things that are not as criminal...
