Any suggestions on how to lessen the pain and discomfort in your feet when you ski?

or maybe new boots if they dont fit you correctly

Whats going on? This thread is full of good advice. I was expecting things like: "make more sandwiches", "sounds like you're pregnant, get an abortion" . It is summer afterall. Either way listen to whats been said and go see a bootfitter. Nobody can help your foot pains without seeing how your boots fit.

And 1 scenario is that you buy boots that don't fit becouse they are 100$ cheaper than the boots what would fit. I see this so often.. And trust me, the people who did this had the money to buy any boot they wanted.. Or their parent's had..

 No, if you own improper boots you have boot pains. If you go to a good fitter and actually take their advice, you shouldn't have any boot pain. Don't just by off internet or go to local store. Find a well known boot fitting store have your feet properly sized. There no reason to have foot pains other than being to lazy to find a good store.

"Yeah I dont have money" or "Its to expensive to go to a boot fitter". Still go to a good boot fitter and get sized (they will do this for free), go to a ski swap, try a bunch of boots, find the best, take it back to the good boot fitter and ask them to help modify them for the best performance and fit (they run a businesses, they wont turn away customer cause you didn't buy a boot from them). You might buy a new liner or foot bed, but its cheaper option them buying a brand new set up.
