i feel like i could find 50 "experts" saying that eating that
like a fucking candy bar is fully healthy.
like seriously, obviously an extreme example, but these people say you have to eat warm twice or once a day, never eat after 6/8/10 pm or always before 6/8/10 am and all that shit. this is good or not or healthy or more healthy than the next thing and the next thing will lead to cancer or whatnot.
just think for a second what could be healthy/good for the environment and its probably not too bad for you.
